Voluntary Dues Notice

Annual dues are $40 per household, $35 for seniors (65 and older) and are due by March 31st each year. While we will accept dues any time of the year, getting them early helps the board set up the budget planning for the year. Your dues help maintain the plantings, decorations, and lighting at the 7 common entrances, and pay for our special neighborhood events throughout the year.

Residents can pay dues either by check via mail or by paying electronically/online.

If Paying Electonically/Online:


If your bank or banking mobile app offers a secure money transfer option (Clear Exchange, Zelle, etc.), make the payment recipient: [email protected]  Be sure to add your name and street address in the optional "memo" section so we know who is paying! Once you enter the email address, the full HHPOA name should appear so you know you have the correct recipient. Please note that HHPOA is NOT able to accept payments via Venmo at this time. We hope to add that as an option if possible.
